A break in reality
A gate to outer spheres
And descending from the crack
The crack in the unreal skies
Came a tendril of cyclopean size
I remember people running
From their homes outside to see
As the horror from above
Descended to the streets
It did happen on this night
Yog-Sothoth did arise
On that hell born night
My god, time to die
It was then that I did run
From the son who called his Fathers name
The one who is the gate

It comes out with a choke
The chanting of this esoteric cult
I've seen in the waters beyond the reef
Shadows, shadowy figures in the deep
From my lineage I cannot run
I am to become one

Flailing massive limbs
Drenched in ooze and slime
From another dimension
Another space and time
Constricting like a python

Blood has lost it's path
The abominations wrath!!
Stabbing through a ventricle
A pulsating tentacle
Tendrils emerge from every place
Slaughtering the human race
Witness the destruction
The brutal aftermath
The ancient ones rejoice and let loose their evil laugh

Past ancient Celephais to the strange port city
Where black galleys wait

To see the things no man does know
But young Carters is journey is not at an end
And the ends of this world he will find himself
He will see the things no man alive has ever seen
And witness the end of this dream
